Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Crewito platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Crewito provides a field service management platform ("Service") that enables businesses to schedule jobs, manage workers, track tasks, and communicate with field teams. The Service is provided via the web at app.crewito.com and through the Crewito mobile application.
2. Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Business accounts may only be created by authorised representatives of the business.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after any applicable trial period. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is received. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension.
5. Trial Period
New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period as indicated at signup. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including customer information, job records, and worker data. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit this data solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload complies with applicable data protection laws and that you have the right to store and process it using the Service.
7. Data Security and Backups
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Crewito and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
9. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience unexpected downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at info@crewito.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice in cases of serious breach.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination before permanently deleting it, during which time you may request an export.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crewito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
